Responsibilities:
- Property Promotion & Presentation: Actively promote and present properties in the portfolio to potential tenants;
- Client Management: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met;
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties;
- Tenant Relations: Manage relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Relocation Coordination: Oversee and coordinate leaseholder relocation processes as needed.
- Market Monitoring: Continuously analyze and monitor the retail real estate market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, market conditions, and financial performance.
Desired experience & skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the retail real estate market;
- Understanding specific leasing contract terms and conditions;
- Expertise in negotiation and resolving contractual matters;
- Strong client relationship management skills;
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
- Experience in contract management, including drafting and administration;
- Proven ability in property promotion, sales, and tenant screening processes;
- Financial reporting and budget management skills;
- Advanced knowledge of leasing and sales-related software tools;
- Advanced English – both verbal and written as well as good command of Excel.
