Customer Care Specialist

Our client is operating in supply chain and customer operations, focusing on delivering high-quality products and services. We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Specialist to join the team and contribute to providing an excellent customer experience. The role involves daily interaction with customers and internal stakeholders, order management, operational support, and coordination of customer service activities. The role is full remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and provide operational support throughout the order lifecycle;
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone and email;
  • Coordinate orders, invoicing, and related transactions in SAP;
  • Create and maintain customer master data and system records;
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders regarding systems, processes, and operational matters;
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock-related requests;
  • Manage customer returns, credit notes, and related documentation;
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy within operational systems;
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and other internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Customer Service, with a strong customer-oriented approach;
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain operations represents an advantage;
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems represents an advantage;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Confirmed ability to build and maintain strong business relationships;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand customer needs and identify underlying requirements;
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative personality with a solution-oriented mindset;
  • English – proficient level (mandatory).
