HR Manager

Our client is a major multinational company, having in Romania a shared service center with over 250 employees and growing. On its behalf, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager, a strong and hands-on manager with experience in BPO/SSC sector. In this role, you will build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution and also with external providers on all people areas.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
  • Take full ownership of the entire HR department activity; adherence to internal policies and local labor legislation compliance;
  • Coordinate initiatives, design and/or deploy programs, processes, systems, provide expertise and hands-on support for: recruitment, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis & reporting, compensation & rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs and strategic development;
  • Drive and control delivery of HR services to business;
  • Interact with teams/individuals as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes;
  • Build leadership capabilities, design new ways of working and creative approaches to support the organization growth and mitigate external and internal challenges;
  • Sustain culture and communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices and people attributes.
  • Respond to group/regional needs in various HR transformation initiatives.

 

Desired experience & skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Senior HRBP or HR manager, mandatory experience in BPO/SSC; mandatory experience in recruitment steering; leadership experience with very good influencing skills;
  • Business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies and outcomes; very good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
  • Sound knowledge of all HR areas: recruitment, employee relations, comp & rewards, talent management, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, PA & payroll;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork;
  • Hands-on and autonomous action, critical thinking, decision making skills, tolerance of ambiguity, creativity and initiative; ability to work in very fast paced and multi-tasking environment;
  • University Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields;
  • English proficiency is a must.
